How can glazing machine effectively eliminate machine faults

1) Small granular impurities appear on the surface of the glazing print

Cause of failure: the coating is mixed with impurities.

Solution: glazing paint should be filtered before use. Before the glazing machine paint bucket and cots should be cleaned to avoid dirt mixed.

2) Poor gloss of the glazing film layer

Cause of failure :a. Low temperature in drying and pressing; B. The coating quality is poor, and its gloss is low after film formation; C. The coating concentration is small and the coating is too thin.

Solution :a. Adjust the drying temperature of glazing coating and increase the pressure gloss temperature; B. Change the coating, or increase the concentration of coating, increase the amount of coating; C. Secondary coating can be used.

3) Streaks or wrinkles appear on the membrane surface

Cause of failure :a. High viscosity of glazing coating; B. The amount of glazing coating is too large; C. Glazing coating has poor wettability on the surface ink layer of printed matter; D. The pressure between the rubber roller and the imprint roller of the glazing machine is not uniform.

Solution :a. Add a small amount of thinner to reduce the viscosity of the paint; B. Reduce the amount of glazing coating; C. Adjust the pressure between the rubber roller and the imprint roller of the glazing machine to eliminate streaks.

4) After printing press, the surface is easy to crack (thick paper is more obvious)

Cause of failure :a. The high temperature in the pressing light reduces the water content of the printed matter and makes the paper fiber brittle; B. High pressure in the pressing light, so that the extension and flexibility of the printed matter become poor; C. Improper selection of post-processing process conditions; D. Poor processing suitability after glazing coating.

Solution :a. Reduce the pressure light drying temperature, and take effective measures to change the water content of printed matter; B. Reduce light pressure; C. Adjust the processing conditions to match the suitability of the printed matter (after pressing and polishing).

5) After pressing, the blank part of the printed matter is light and the light part is discolored

Cause of failure: A. ink drying is poor, ink layer solvent resistance is not good; B. The coating solvent has a certain effect on the ink layer; C. The coating layer does not dry thoroughly, and the residual solvent is high.

Solution: A. The printed matter is dried before glazing; B. Reduce the amount of solvent in the glazing coating (solvent for ink dissolution), conditions allow to change the solvent or change the coating; C. Increase the drying temperature and reduce the residual solvent in the coating.
