The operation of the machine should be stable, the transmission system should be normal, no abnormal noise; The operating mechanism is flexible and reliable, and the operation of the actuator is harmonious and correct, without jamming and spontaneous movement; Smooth system oil road dredging; The glazing coating layer should be smooth, there should be no wrinkles, damage, marks, drums, bubbles and significant streaks, the glazing layer does not stick bad appearance; The difference in gloss of the printed coating layer is not greater than the value of the rules in the table above; The operating noise of active glazing machine shall not be more than 85dB (A), and the operating noise of semi-active glazing machine shall not be more than 80dB (A); Safety protection equipment should be completely reliable, and exhaust gas equipment.

2) Quality requirements of the upper optical and mechanical gas

The insulation resistance between the short-circuited power circuit and the maintenance circuit (including the machine base) wire shall not be less than 1mω; The resistance value between the conductor terminal and any exposed conductor part of the electrical equipment and the body shell shall not be greater than 0.1ω. 4) Operating temperature test of the bearing of the glazing machine

After the empty operation experiment, the operating temperature of the bearing is measured with a point temperature meter, which should be less than or equal to 35℃;
