Two ways to pull the characteristics of the gauge

2. The drawing gauge selected by the laminating machine is slightly messy. It is worth noting that the laminating machine can not be adjusted at the next moment only by the roller, CAM to cooperate. In addition, it is necessary for the roller below to have a high hardness, and to be concentric, not to have the appearance of beating.

In addition, the pulling force of the paper is always greater than the 'supporting force' of the paper. So how to regulate the size of the tension, so that it is just right? The top, to rely on experience, heart exploration, constantly summarize. Second, ensure by planning. Because the laminating machine is not very high demand for drawing gauge, and mainly thick paper.

Three before the gauge part set

1. The effect of the front gauge sleeve is to ensure the accuracy of the X-axis direction.

On the laminating machine, the front gauge conditioning, is to ensure the correct 'buckle' important link.

Laminating machine has 6 front gauge, the 6 front gauge should be adjusted to the same plane, concave and convex root common (relative panel). Before the rise and fall of the rules to be flexible, but not loose appearance. The four sides of the front gauge should be lubricated, wear-resistant, and the oil circuit should be smooth.

2. The primary effect of the gauge wheel is to send out the paper that has been positioned. The two front gauge wheels should be able to roll sensitively, but not slosh from side to side. The left and right front gauge wheels should be adjusted to the 'weight' common, and the adjustment should be repeated to fine-tune them to reach the common, so as to ensure that the 'buckle' is fundamentally common.

We have a fundamental understanding of the pull gauge, the front gauge and the effect of the paper wheel, now to comment on the connection between the three.

First of all, adjust the gauge part of the set, the lower knurling wheel just to the 'body' rolling, the above pressure wheel just down the pressure on the next knurling wheel, there is a certain pressure between the two, together with the above pressure wheel rolling, the paper should be between the upper and lower pressure wheel, is pulled to the 'body'. This is the paper pulling action.

I think the first thing to find a fundamental point, that is, the pulling action is finished, pulling the paper CAM has just lifted up, the distance between the upper and lower wheels is a piece of paper. Take this point as a benchmark to adjust the front gauge and the feed wheel. When the top of the gauge drops to a sheet of paper above the panel, the gap between the feed wheel and the feed roller below shall also be the thickness of a sheet of paper. Together with the investigation of paper feeding in the front of the paper is not the appearance of "bow up", the paper is not smooth, and then make micro adjustment.

How to make sure that each piece of paper is pulled in the right direction:

As said earlier, the tension of the gauge is probably greater than the support of the paper, and it is necessary to patiently adjust the pressure of the compression spring. When the paper is pulled to the specified position, that is, the 'backer', the paper roller is about to stop rolling, commonly known as' skid ', the gauge has a knurled screw, is used for regulating the compression spring. The rotary screw regulates the pressure of the compression spring, so that the direct contact of the upper and lower rollers produces pressure (overpressure), which is the tension of the paper. When the lower roller rolls, the paper can be pulled.

In physics, the force of friction is equal to the positive pressure times the coefficient of friction. The outer circular knurling of the lower roller is intended to increase the coefficient of friction. When pulling the paper, if you feel the appearance of "pulling too far", you can adjust the knurled screws behind to reduce the positive pressure.

When we investigate the pull gauge pull paper, the gap between the pressing paper row and the following board should be 3 times the paper to be coated. If there is no pressure board above this, the gauge will be too much when pulling paper.

When the thin paper for thick paper, to adjust the gap between the two plates: rotate a knurled screw in front, you can adjust the above one plate to lift or down. At this moment, as the upper pressure wheel with the upper pressure plate lifted, the gap between the upper pressure wheel and the lower roller is also increased, the pressure between them is also reduced together, in order to maintain the pressure to meet, it is necessary to adjust the eccentric shaft at the upper pressure wheel, to ensure the positive pressure to meet.
